Our experience at Richmond Resort was truly exceptional. The resort offers a variety of outstanding services that ensure ultimate comfort, relaxation, and rejuvenation. What made our stay even more remarkable was the warm and professional attitude of the staff, especially Ms. Samia Mohamed, who was extremely helpful and welcoming upon our arrival. Although the air conditioning in our room was initially warm, Ms. Samia addressed the matter in an excellent manner that fully satisfied us. We sincerely thank her for her exceptional hospitality and kind cooperation.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is the perfect place if you're looking for a calm and relaxing time with your friends or partner. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the restaurant serves very tasty food with fast, high quality service. A big thank you to Samia, who made our stay even better. She was super helpful and always available when we needed anything. She speaks Arabic, English, and Turkish, which made communication very easy. Make sure to ask for her, she’s amazing! We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Everything is great. The room is clean and new. SPA is excellent with 14 different activities. We also purchased extra Turkish Hammam treatment which was excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. During checkout, I complained about the bed which was not very comfortable. Ms Samia expressed her sorrow about it and offered a 30-minute free massage, unfortunately, we could not take it as we were about to leave; however it made us happy as it showed how the hotel is taking care of guests' satisfaction.

The guest relations officer Samia mohamed was absolutely above and beyond. She helped us out before we reached the hotel, during our check in and within our stay. Ive been to many hotels around the world but the support we got from mrs. samia was definately way more than ive seen before even with support during our illness and hospital visits and accommodating us for special food for our needs during our stay. Stunning support all the way through

LOCATION STAFF VERY FRIENDLY GUEST REALATION MS. SAMI WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COOPERATIVE SHE MADE MY STAY VERY COMFORTABLE AND WERE PERFECT ADVISER ON THE HOTEL RULES AND IT WAS SO NICE TO HAVE HER TRANSLATING OUR NEEDS TO THE HOTEL STAFF WHICH MADE MY STAY EASY. I HAVE EXTENDED MY STAY DUE TO MS.SAMI AS SHE MADE THE STAY IN THE HOTEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Sapanca.The mountain view from the property is absolutely breathtaking — a perfect way to start and end the day. The hotel facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. A special thanks to Samia at the reception for her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway in Sapanca.

Rapid check in . Very comfortable hotel for Total relaxation . The breakfast was great . The light in room was so dim that help you for relaxation . The gymnasium was well equipped . The music played at night in main hole was great . Very good view on the lack . The lake is 3 minutes walked distance . Helpful staff ready to solve any problem . Very delicious room service food especially the pizza . . … great thanks to Mr Salih in conceriage he helped me too much . Great thanks to Mr Goksel in reception…. Thousands of thanks to Firuze Hidayetove and to Samoa Mohammed in guest relations for their help and making me feel as if I am at my home and they are ready to solve any problem . ……. Car parking area is available ….good smell all over the hotel area …

The location of the Hotel and the staff is great, the service is commendable. For me the shining part of the hotel was its SPA services, which is one of the best that I have visited in my travels. Value for the money can be argued, but overall my experience in the hotel was great.

Exceptional. It was great for every taste and every purpose.However I liked the calm environment and the staff behavior. I love the dogs and cats wandering everywhere.
